2nd Fastest-Growing Staffing Firm in America in 2010

Insight Global has been one of the top 5 Fastest Growing US Staffing Firms for 5 years running.

Staffing Industry Analysts revealed the list of America’s fastest-growing staffing firms for 2010, and IGI was ranked #2 with a compounded annual growth rate of 54.14% since 2005.

The list was composed of 54 staffing firms who all had a compound annual growth rate of at least 15% between the years 2005 and 2009.

Insight Global jumped this year to the #2 spot after spending 2 years at #4 and 2 years at #1, making Insight Global the only company in the last 5 years to remain in the top 5.

Rich Lingle, CEO of Insight Global, attributes this success to the internal employees.

“It’s all about our culture, it’s all about the people we have, and the sales people are always our most important,” Lingle said.

Lingle also stressed the importance of excellent management, a “do-what-it-takes” customer service mentality, strong relationships with clients and perseverance despite the economy.

“You’ve really got to hand it to your team out there in the field that when things get tough they just stay motivated to do the right things for their clients,” Lingle said.

Insight Global has had a remarkable first half of 2010 with multiple achievements. Some of these include the opening of two new offices, Phoenix, AZ and Minneapolis, MN, as well as the opening of a Training and Development Center in the corporate headquarters in Atlanta.
